A Multi-Step Specialist Screening Pathway
Arriving at the correct diagnosis involves a multi-step diagnostic approach.
STEP 1
Book, Register & Pay Online
Book and schedule your preferred specialist health check service and choose between a virtual televideo or in person attendance pre-screening consultation with one of our SSHI healthcare professionals.
Complete registration details and pay online. Receipt of payment and confirmation of pre-screening consultation will automatically be forward to registered email.
STEP 2
Pre-screening Consultation with a SSHI Healthcare Professional
(Choose between virtual or in person attendance)
This will involve completing a Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire (HRAQ) and detailed Medical History Assessment with a SSHI healthcare professional.
STEP 3
Specialist Diagnostic Tests
(Onsite attendance at one of SSHI’s partnered diagnostic centres)
Attendance in person is required at one of SSHI’s approved Specialist Screening diagnostic centres located nationwide to complete specialist tests.
Referral request forms will be forward to SSHI’s approved diagnostic centres of your choice and they will contact you directly to arrange appointments.
STEP 4
Clinic Consultation with a SSHI Healthcare Professional
Attendance in person required at one of SSHI clinic location sites of your choice (Blackrock Clinic or Beacon Hospital) to meet with one of SSHI’s healthcare professionals and complete a physical examination, set personal health targets and complete any further specialist diagnostic tests whilst onsite.
STEP 5
Specialist Health Report
A consultant specialist summary report will be issued to you by email for your records. This personalised report will include test reports and recommendations. A copy will be sent directly to your General Practitioner and specialists SSHI have referred you on to if clinically indicated.
